ITINERARY
DAY 1-
Exploring Kota Bharu
Meet at
Kota Bharu Airport, transfer to Hotel (Perdana Hotel Kota
Bharu).
Explore
Kota Bharu with bicycle. Visit kite making centre at PCB beach,
silver wares and Tumpat Village - home for many Buddhist temples,
such as Wat Pothivihan - housing
the
country's largest reclining Budhha. Visit night market this evening.

cultural shows available on Wednesday and Saturday nights)
DAY 2 -
Kota Bharu to Kuala Besut
Visit
Malaysia'a most famous and colorful central market.
Then
continue cycling down south to Kuala Besut, Terengganu state.

DAY 3 -
Kuala Besut & Exploring Kuala Terengganu
Breakfast/
Cycle along the sceniccoastal road to Kuala Terengganu. Enroute,
visit Penarik and Batu Rakit fishing village. Arrival, proceed to
state Museum (the largest in Southeast Asia with a outdoor and an
indoor museum). Then, visit the unique boat building industry and
the fishing village of Duyung Island. View the wooden stilted houses
of China Town. Continue cycling along China Town, Princess Hill,
Waterfront, Maziah Palace, State Mosque and visit the bustling
Central Market

DAY 4 -
Kuala Terengganu to Redang Island
Breakfast
/ Depart to Redang Island Marine Park by boat / Swimming,
Snorkeling or stroll around the white sandy beach / Lunch /
Snorkeling by boat.
Transfer
back to the Hotel (Grand Continental, Kuala Terengganu)
DAY 5 -
Kuala Terengganu / Marang River Safari / Marang
Breakfast
/ Cycle along the coastline to the picturesque Marang Fishing
Village.
Cruise up
the Marang River - along the mangrove swamp, you will be greeted by
wild animals like monitor lizards, monkeys, crabs, colorful birds,
eagles and sometimes otters. Witness the traditional lifestyle of
the villagers as you stop at one og the villages. Visit their
cottage industries like 'attap leaves' weaving and coconut sugar
making.

DAY 6 -
Marang / Rantau Abang / Dungun
Breakfast
/ Cycle south to Dungun. Stop at Rantau Abang Turtle information
Centre and Batu Penyu (Turtle Rock). Legend tells that the turtles
are attracted to nest
at Rantau
Abang because of the rock.

DAY 7 -
Dungun / Kertih / Kemaman / Kemasik
Breakfast
/ Cycle down south to Kemaman past through the Ketih oil
refinery
and the
palm fringed beach of Kemasik.

Kemasik / Cherating / Kuantan
Breakfast
/ Cycle to Kuantn. Enroute, visit Cherating Village and see
the
mengkuang
mat weaving and the art of Batik. Visit Beserah fishing
